AUTOPSIA.ai is a service operated by Quantikon SRL, a company registered in Italy. By using AUTOPSIA, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

AUTOPSIA is an AI-powered trading analysis tool that provides market analysis, trader profiling, and scenario modeling. AUTOPSIA is available as a free agent on ChatGPT and as premium subscription tiers with enhanced features.

3. Not Financial Advice

AUTOPSIA does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All analysis, signals, scenarios, and outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance of any analysis methodology does not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss.

4. No Affiliation Disclaimer

AUTOPSIA's methodology is inspired by complex systems physics. References to academic frameworks, including the work of Nobel laureates, are for descriptive purposes only. Quantikon SRL has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or certification by any academic institution or individual referenced in its materials.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AUTOPSIA. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Prices are in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute AUTOPSIA's analysis methodology or outputs.
• Use AUTOPSIA outputs to provide financial advisory services to third parties.
• Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or overload the service.
• Share your subscription credentials with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, branding, and software comprising AUTOPSIA are the property of Quantikon SRL. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantikon SRL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AUTOPSIA, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made using AUTOPSIA's outputs.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AUTOPSIA may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. No compensation is owed for temporary service interruptions.

11. Modifications

Quantikon SRL reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, and service features. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
